Kim Brisbane has been living back on Wurrundjeri Country of the Great Kulin Nation for the past five years. She previously lived in Nimbin and Mullumbimby area on Bundjulung Country for seven years where she first experienced Rebirthing Breathwork in her training as a Lomilomi practitioner with Kumu ‘Iolani Grace. Her life has been dedicated to her two children, talking and walking the path of love and healing. Her bloodlines are Polish, Scottish and Irish which she deeply explored during her Diploma of Theatre Arts, in 2016. Her ten Minute play ‘ Tea Ceremony” was chosen to be performed at David Williamson Theatre. She also studied at Gnibi College of Indigenous Peoples, Southern Cross University a Bachelor of Trauma and Healing in 2010. Kim is also a Inamojo Facilitator, a well being program for children based on the intergrative map of the chakra systems. Weaving together unique stories, movement, art, meditation, and specially composed music, the classes are playful, creative and fully engaging empowering children with life long tools and skills for life long well being. As an activist she has walked along side like minded beings in protecting Mother Earth and all her Beings, setting up the first chapter of Food Not Bombs in Melbourne, closing down the Nazi Bookshop in Fawkner, supporting refugees in Woomera and Baxter, stopping coal-seam gas at the Bentley and stopping the Repco Rally through the Border ranges. She has believes love is the answer and together we can all heal and thrive. Kim has walked a diverse path as a Mother, healer, activist, Hot Stone Massage therapist and Lomilomi practitioner, film production manager, early childhood and primary school teacher, Inamojo Facilitator and so much more. Her journey led her in 2019 to her training as a Rebirthing Breathwork Practioner with Rebirthing Breathwork Australia. Since then she has been facilitating at Summer Healing Yoga, her own online classes and one on one Rebirthing sessions. She believes by creating a loving and safe space our breath is the key to our answers within for deep healing. Our Breath connects us with who we truly are, to shine brightly as Divine Beings as caretakers of the Earth.
